What is so special about the formulation of taxofit® Vitamin B Complex Depot Tablets?
Due to a specifically developed manufacturing process, taxofit® Vitamin B Complex Depot Tablets dissolve slowly and continuously in the body. This way, the vitamins contained in the tablet are supplied to the body continuously over a period of several hours.

What are the benefits of B vitamins?

Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
• is a vital coenzym used in energy production
• enhances the transmission of nerve impulses

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
• a component of coenzymes that plays an essential role in the energy metabolism of cells and nerve cells
• has antioxidative properties

Vitamin B3 (niacin)
• is essential for the maintenance of nerve tissue

The body has no adequate storage capacities for vitamins; consequently, these essential vital substances must be supplied on a regular basis with our daily diet.

B vitamins are found in foodstuffs such as calf's liver, wheat germ, and soybeans; vitamin C occurs primarily in citrus fruits. However, due to common imbalances in our daily diets, the demand for these vitamins cannot always be met with food alone. Moreover, a large portion of the vitamins contained in our food is lost during prolonged periods of storage and/or improper preparation such as overcooking, warming over, etc.

Then there are certain groups of people who have a higher demand for B vitamins and vitamin C. These include pregnant women, nursing mothers, and elderly individuals whose daily diets often include insufficient amounts of vital substances. An increased demand also occurs when alcohol and/or nicotine are consumed on a regular basis, or when certain medications or oral contraceptives (the “pill”) are used.

List of ingredients:
Bulking agent calcium phosphate, vitamin C, nicotinamide, gelling agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent cellulose powder, hydrogenated vegetable oil, calcium pantothenate, separating agents mono and diglycerides of dietary fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride, bulking agent polydextrose, maize starch, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, separating agents magnesium salts of dietary fatty acids, maltodextrin, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, colourant titanium dioxide.

Dosage recommendation:
1 Depot tablet daily, taken with a meal and swallowed whole with some liquid, covers the following percentages of the RDA for adults:
300 % of Vitamin B1,
300 % of Vitamin B2,
300 % of Vitamin B3,
300 % of Vitamin B5,
300 % of Vitamin B6,
300 % of Vitamin B12,
200% of folic acid, and
100% of vitamin C
(in accordance with the ordinance for information on nutritional value - Nährwert-Kennzeichnungsverordnung)

Contains no:
Artificial colourants, gluten, gelatine, sugar/lactose.
