Product Characteristics

One tablet contains:
Valerian root dry extract LI 156 (Valeriana officinalis L.) equivalent to up to 1800 mg of dry root.

Instructions for use:
1-2 tablets in the evening before going to bed. Swallow whole with a glass of water or cold liquid. Do not chew.
