Cologne Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Best Trainees Award 2025
This year, 8,985 trainees in the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) district successfully completed their apprenticeships in approximately 150 different IHK-certified trades. Of particular note are the 363 graduates who achieved the highest grade of "very good" and were honored for their accomplishments at a glamorous ceremony in the Musical Dome in Cologne.
A special moment was the recognition of our former trainees, Robin Gilles and Mike Nitsch, who were also honored for their outstanding final exam results.
Congratulations to Robin and Mike on this fantastic achievement!
Both will remain loyal to Klosterfrau and begin their professional careers in International (Robin) and Data Management (Mike).
With this award, the company has once again received recognition for "outstanding performance in vocational training." There are now well over 20 certificates awarded.
