Klosterfrau once again named one of the top employers

In the latest Stern-Statista survey, Klosterfrau was once again named one of Germany's best employers. In the current edition of the Stern study ‘Germany's Best Employers’, Klosterfrau not only maintained its position, but actually improved its ranking compared to the previous year:

  • Significant performance improvement in the 2026 ranking: improvement from 498th place (2025) to 277th place out of 650 companies.*
  • Klosterfrau also achieved a significant improvement in its core segment of pharmaceuticals and medical technology, moving up from 31st place to 19th place.*

More than 20,000 employees took part in the survey via online access panels. They were recruited by professional market research providers, who ensured that the survey was independent of employers.
